Black oil in the excavator’s hydraulic system is not only caused by dust, but also by improper grease application.<\/p>\n

For example: When the gap between the bushing and the chisel exceeds 8 mm (allowing a little finger to fit inside), it is recommended to replace the bushing. On average, replace one upper bushing for every two lower bushings replaced.<\/p>\n

                                  This is due to improper grease application. Replace the sealing components promptly and explain the correct grease application method to the customer.<\/p>\n

                                  \u2475 Hydraulic oil leakage and severe rust on the breaker housing are found. Due to prolonged disuse and improper storage by the customer, water corrosion has occurred. The rust directly damages the piston seals, leading to oil leakage. Explain to the customer the proper long-term storage method: release the nitrogen and press the steel chisel in, ensuring the upper cylinder end is higher than the lower part.<\/p>\n

                                  \u2476 Observe the operating method. Excessive digging motion introduces a large amount of small stone chips into the housing, causing wear on the piston seals and resulting in oil leakage. Explain the correct operating procedures to customers to prevent recurrence.<\/p>\n

                                    1. Oil leakage at the joint between the directional valve base and the intermediate cylinder block: The O-ring on the directional valve base is damaged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
